Job Summary
A company is looking for a Computer Operator to support an IT program for The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services Internal Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve basic issues remotely via phone and email support, progressing to more complex issues after training
- Provide comprehensive phone and email support for efficient incident and request resolution
- Document required information in the ticketing system and maintain the knowledgebase
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 35 WPM
- Experience with Mac and Windows Operating Systems and hardware is preferred
- 1-2 years of PC support, diagnostic/troubleshooting, and repair experience is desired
