Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Service Center Advocate to work remotely in the Greater Charlotte Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment in a professional manner
- Respond to inquiries accurately and document call details accordingly
- Ensure compliance and accountability throughout the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Service Center and/or Customer Service experience is required
- Prior benefit administration or insurance experience is preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable with technology
- Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
- Comprehensive training will be provided prior to starting the role
