Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Representative (Remote, Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, responsive support across email, chat, and phone
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the next step in their journey
- Assign leads to the appropriate partner agents or teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience (email, phone, and/or chat)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Internet speed of at least 50Mbps for video and VoIP calls
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Must be authorized to work as a 1099 contractor in the U.S
