Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Bilingual Thai.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from customers or restaurants and make outbound calls for follow-ups
- Manage incoming tickets generated from email or text via CRM and return calls for voicemails
- Facilitate and document correspondence between restaurants and customers while performing minor troubleshooting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; preferred associates degree or higher
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
- Call center experience is a plus
- Self-directed and self-motivated
