Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates all aspects of scheduling interpretation services for clients
  • Conducts intake of all requests for interpretation services and assesses interpreter qualifications
  • Maintains professional relationships with interpreters and clients while managing scheduling communications
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma and 2.5 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and solve practical problems
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain high ethical standards
  • Fluency in English and ASL is required
