A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates all aspects of scheduling interpretation services for clients
- Conducts intake of all requests for interpretation services and assesses interpreter qualifications
- Maintains professional relationships with interpreters and clients while managing scheduling communications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and 2.5 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and solve practical problems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain high ethical standards
- Fluency in English and ASL is required
