Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Technician - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high volume in-bound and out-bound calls for medication adherence and prescription-related inquiries
• Provide support to pharmacy staff and assist in troubleshooting member issues during outreach calls
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Registered Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence
• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
• 1+ years of call center experience
