Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year in a call center or customer service role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is preferred
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Additional customer service training or certifications are a plus
