Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process complaints to ensure proper coding and assessment
- Perform data entry and prepare reports related to complaints and special projects
- Review and analyze lot documentation for anomalies related to product failures
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in data management and record keeping
- Experience in the Medical Device field or related technical data management
- Strong organizational skills and technical aptitude
