Key Responsibilities
- Manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate closures
- Input and update listing information in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate communication and documentation among agents, clients, and third parties throughout the transaction process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands
- Experience in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
