Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Patient Assistance Program
- Make outbound calls to address questions and assist with application/documentation
- Complete required application and reorder documentation as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00am - 8:00pm EST
- Must pass typing and customer service assessments
