Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Patient Assistance Program
  • Make outbound calls to address questions and assist with application/documentation
  • Complete required application and reorder documentation as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • Call center experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00am - 8:00pm EST
  • Must pass typing and customer service assessments
