Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Claims Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service needs of policy owners, agents, and employees, maintaining ownership until completion
- Act as primary service contact for customers and agents, handling inquiries via phone, online, and in writing
- Conduct research to complete service requests and prepare service reports as needed
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in call center Customer Service; property and casualty industry experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated customer service focus with superior skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
- Must live within 30 minutes of the Clearwater/Largo area for this hybrid position
