A company is looking for a Critical Incident Specialist to fill an opening for a Managed Care Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm eligibility and validate events for reporting upon case assignment
• Review historical events to determine if Trend Analysis is necessary
• Collaborate with Service Coordinators and maintain documentation regarding the investigation process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience with critical incident investigation in a healthcare setting
• Experience with Medicaid waiver programs
• Clinical experience is required if there is no clinical licensure
