Provider Relations Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Representative for a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for provider inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses
• Resolve provider claims issues, including fee schedule corrections and claims adjustments
• Assist with recruitment activities and maintain accurate provider demographic information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Three or more years of customer service and administrative experience
• Preferred experience in a managed health care environment or provider relations
• Understanding of vision care insurance is a plus
