Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for provider inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses
- Resolve provider claims issues, including fee schedule corrections and claims adjustments
- Assist with recruitment activities and maintain accurate provider demographic information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Three or more years of customer service and administrative experience
- Preferred experience in a managed health care environment or provider relations
- Understanding of vision care insurance is a plus
