Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Life Case Manager to provide support for new permanent product business and manage cases effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate underwriting offers and manage components of the new business process
- Proactively follow up to ensure timely progress of cases and maintain superior customer service
- Serve as a single point of contact for complex customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance process for permanent products
- Working knowledge of desktop applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Critical thinking skills to identify and troubleshoot complex problems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Smart Office and Salesforce.com is a plus
