Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Experience Specialist responsible for managing patient experience projects and provider engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead patient experience projects and develop recommendations for improvement
- Conduct project analyses for patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) and patient-reported experience measures (PREMs)
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement interventions that enhance patient experience
Required Qualifications:
- Clinical degree (e.g. BSN, MSN, RN) with 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in project management and analytical roles, with a preference for candidates with an MBA
- Background in patient engagement and advocacy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of healthcare provider strategies and engagement practices
