Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist (Friday-Tuesday, 9AM-6PM EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth support and solutions to customers
• Communicate with customers through various channels
• Enter records of customer interactions via a CRM system

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or relevant experience
• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably over the phone
• Must be able to work Friday-Tuesday, 9AM-6PM EST
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
