A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Fully Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally
- Accurately input information into various fields and maintain the CRM database
- Follow up on orders and payments to ensure timely processing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred
- 1 year of previous customer service/call center experience
- Must be computer literate with data entry skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous knowledge navigating Great Plains (GP) is a plus
