Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pastoral Care Team Supervisor for the overnight shift (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, set expectations, and provide feedback to team members
• Collaborate with the Care Team Manager to schedule and direct team activities effectively
• Assist with hiring initiatives and the development of new leaders within the Care Team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hands-on ministry experience
• Minimum two years of experience in a customer service environment, with leadership experience preferred
• Basic to advanced knowledge of computers and common software applications
• Ability to work as part of a high-performance team
• Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for the organization's mission and values
