A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and develop plans to align technology solutions with customer business objectives
- Drive account planning and advocate for change to support customer transformation and success
- Lead delivery execution and coordinate internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational health
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 4+ years of relevant experience, OR equivalent experience
- Must pass a background check and verify U.S. citizenship due to legal restrictions
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years of relevant experience
- Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, service management, or project management are advantageous
