Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients with billing-related questions and concerns
- Accurately analyze patient accounts and resolve billing issues while providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for patients and ensure timely resolution of their concerns
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in patient-facing revenue cycle or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare
- 1+ year of experience in a remote or hybrid work environment
- Experience with EMR/EHR or practice management systems required
- Basic knowledge of healthcare claims processing, including ICD-10 and CPT codes
