Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients with billing-related questions and concerns
  • Accurately analyze patient accounts and resolve billing issues while providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for patients and ensure timely resolution of their concerns
Required Qualifications
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in patient-facing revenue cycle or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare
  • 1+ year of experience in a remote or hybrid work environment
  • Experience with EMR/EHR or practice management systems required
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare claims processing, including ICD-10 and CPT codes
