A company is looking for a Bilingual Onboarding Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule in-home assessments for prospective patients with Clinical Liaison field representatives
- Handle inbound calls from patients and referral sources while maintaining communication with the team
- Document calls, tasks, and appointments in Salesforce and track daily assessments
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work 9:00am to 5:30pm EST Monday through Friday
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience
- Familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce or similar software
