Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support customers in the Automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact dealers to reinforce business relationships and promote value propositions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve software usage issues in a timely manner
- Educate and coach dealers on software features and maximize their success with the products
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in providing excellent customer service in a professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Applications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to document client feedback for business specifications
