Job Summary
A company is looking for a Triage Nurse - Remote Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assess patient needs while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Perform clinical assessments and provide medical advice following client-specific guidelines
- Document patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) system and escalate complex inquiries as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in emergency, telephonic triage, or critical care
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of North Carolina
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills via telephone
- Basic computer literacy and ability to type 50 WPM with accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
