Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient scheduling, payment collections, and inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Support patients through the intake process and provide basic tech support
- Triage incoming inquiries from other departments and manage no-show re-engagement
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office, with a preference for mental health care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience verifying health insurance
- Prior customer service experience in medical or mental health practices preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds
