Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to Commercial Account Managers and assign daily tasks
• Train and coach team members on performance and improvement
• Support new business and renewal workflows, including client research and policy review

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 5+ years of commercial lines insurance agency/brokerage experience
• 2+ years recent experience using AMS360
• An active Property and Casualty license
