Key Responsibilities
- Manage and document customer inquiries related to products
- Conduct research and analysis for support concerns and communicate with product and customer teams
- Proactively address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and long-term success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and training
- Experience in customer service or as a client service representative
- Experience in the construction and/or software engineering industry
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems like Salesforce and Zendesk
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
