A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Field inbound calls from customers and assist with inquiries regarding services and website navigation
- Resolve customer issues by researching and implementing solutions, while maintaining the call center database
- Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and accept additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
