Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train clients on the staking process and services
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot client inquiries related to staking
- Communicate platform updates and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience in a B2B software company
- Proven experience with API troubleshooting and software implementation
- 1+ year of experience in web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency
- Experience with Postman or another API testing tool
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
