A company is looking for a Weekend Scheduling Assistant - Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client preferences and provide white glove service
- Schedule jobs, handle reschedules and cancellations, and meet client deadlines
- Triage incoming requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational assistant experience
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
- Proficiency with technology, software, and cloud-based applications
- Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
