Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client preferences and provide white glove service
  • Schedule jobs, handle reschedules and cancellations, and meet client deadlines
  • Triage incoming requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational assistant experience
  • Availability to work Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
  • Proficiency with technology, software, and cloud-based applications
  • Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
