Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for customer engagement and growth
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success within SaaS
  • Experience negotiating complex, high-value contracts
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • History of meeting/exceeding performance and quota targets
