Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Case Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and manage new business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned regions, processing new business administration tasks from case setup to final disposition
  • Maintain high-quality customer relationships by assessing needs and providing timely support, including case updates and compliance with regulatory policies
  • Collaborate with various departments and financial professionals to ensure efficient processing and resolution of customer requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in processing or a similar position preferred
  • LOMA or industry courses or certification preferred
  • Prior experience or knowledge of insurance is a plus
  • Competent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
