Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned regions, processing new business administration tasks from case setup to final disposition
- Maintain high-quality customer relationships by assessing needs and providing timely support, including case updates and compliance with regulatory policies
- Collaborate with various departments and financial professionals to ensure efficient processing and resolution of customer requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in processing or a similar position preferred
- LOMA or industry courses or certification preferred
- Prior experience or knowledge of insurance is a plus
- Competent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
