Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners, end customers, and internal teams
- Plan and facilitate key project milestones to ensure consistent project delivery
- Monitor service usage and compile detailed monthly reports for leadership
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years in sales operations or a related role, preferably in IT services
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot)
- Strong analytical abilities to translate customer data into actionable strategies
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
