A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Virtual, US).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote post-sales support for software and hardware systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Assist with end user installations, configurations, upgrades, and migrations of medium complexity
- Analyze symptoms and data to resolve customer-reported incidents and monitor the implementation of solutions
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in technical support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with basic problem solving and troubleshooting methodologies
- Ability to support third-party products and provide occasional on-site assistance
- Familiarity with monitoring and analyzing system logs and data
