Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other electronic methods
- Assist customers with complaints, billing inquiries, and product information
- Utilize computer technology to manage a high volume of calls and compile reports
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Stable history of employment and willingness to accept a temporary assignment
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment and be able to work full time, 40 hours a week
- Experience using internet-based browsers and ability to type at least 25 wpm
