Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with inquiries and issues remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other electronic methods
  • Assist customers with complaints, billing inquiries, and product information
  • Utilize computer technology to manage a high volume of calls and compile reports
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Stable history of employment and willingness to accept a temporary assignment
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment and be able to work full time, 40 hours a week
  • Experience using internet-based browsers and ability to type at least 25 wpm
