A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Service Specialist - After Hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining effective solutions
- Maintain professionalism and develop rapport with customers to provide outstanding service
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, assisting with escalations and monitoring complaint accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 1 - 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior successful customer service experience in a relevant industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Experience in agribusiness or related industry is a plus
