Referral Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator responsible for managing incoming referrals and ensuring accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming referrals and verify the accuracy and completeness of information
• Communicate with referring practices to address incomplete or inaccurate information
• Identify barriers to referral processing and suggest system or process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic, or
• Associate's degree plus 4 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic, or
• High School diploma plus 6 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic
• Knowledge of multiple ambulatory workflows
