A company is looking for a Technical Application Specialist to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose technical problems and provide solutions through customer interactions
- Troubleshoot client-server software application issues involving various systems and devices
- Document issues and escalate as necessary, while staying updated on software changes
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft SQL and web servers
- Knowledge of system application fundamentals and business processes
- Familiarity with programming and integration tools
- Ability to work with customer experience and sales departments
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Finnish or Swedish is an advantage
