A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for appointment scheduling and healthcare assessments
- Assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information through welcome calls
- Conduct surveys via outbound calls to enhance patient experiences
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Must provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
