A company is looking for a Regional Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage member experiences during transportation, including trip monitoring and recovery
- Act as a liaison with health plan clients and internal/external partners to ensure superior member support
- Document escalations and action plans, and report issues to leadership for resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 9 months of experience in a Customer Care Representative role or similar healthcare case management experience
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care is preferred
