Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (MidAtlantic) Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Obtain the release of vehicles from various locations, including body shops and residences
• Perform office support functions as needed and maintain professionalism in customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
• High School diploma
• Proficient with office equipment and computer applications, including MS Suite
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
