Key Responsibilities
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule healthcare evaluations
- Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand the terms of the evaluations
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
- Previous experience in a metrics-driven outbound call center is preferred
- Ability to work in a fixed schedule and use multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Strong computer skills and a desire to work in a results-oriented environment
