A company is looking for a Temporary Call Center Universal Agent to assist customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries via Phone, Email, and/or Chat
- Utilize technology tools and participate in training to enhance customer service and sales skills
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer data
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and manage duties with minimal supervision
- Call center, retail, and/or e-commerce experience is preferred
- Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
