Job Summary
A company is looking for a NextGen Application Support Specialist who will provide technical and operational support for NextGen Enterprise EHR and PM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for NextGen EHR/PM systems and related applications
- Manage user setup, permissions, and security roles within the NextGen systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2-4 years of experience supporting NextGen Enterprise EHR/PM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- NextGen certification or training is highly desirable
- Familiarity with ePHI, HIPAA, and healthcare data privacy standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
