Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success for SMB & Digital Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers and Digital Program Managers to support SMB customers and enhance customer experiences
  • Design and execute automated customer journeys and tech-touch programs in collaboration with CS Operations
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive adoption and retention through effective engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in the B2B SaaS sector
  • 3+ years of experience in leading digital-first or scaled Customer Success programs
  • Experience managing teams focused on SMB or volume-based customer segments
  • Familiarity with Customer Community platforms and community engagement strategies
