Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of client engagement, including outreach, flight strategy, and closing sales
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, crafting itineraries and resolving issues
- Utilize knowledge of routes and loyalty programs to provide optimal travel options while collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in luxury service or selling high-ticket items
- Strong knowledge of premium travel, airlines, loyalty programs, and global destinations
- Ownership mindset: proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven
- High integrity and discretion in managing sensitive transactions
- Experience with GDS systems (Sabre or Amadeus) is preferred
