Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic support through inbound calls and chats, ensuring respectful and solutions-oriented interactions
- Advocate for members by assisting with health plan-related questions and facilitating access to healthcare resources
- Own the member journey by researching and resolving complex cases to enhance the member experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare (preferred)
- Comfort with high-volume inbound phone work and familiarity with VoIP phone systems
- Strong technical proficiency with Google apps, Apple products, and CRM software
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on member advocacy
- Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and ability to maintain member confidentiality
