Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle service and delivery inquiries from customers and sales associates via phone, email, and chat
- Document issues and resolve inquiries related to order management, billing, and customer applications
- Perform proactive outbound follow-up communications and process orders as needed
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
