A company is looking for an Advanced Support Specialist - Booking Engine and Connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve advanced customer issues related to the Booking Engine and manage platform connectivity
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to investigate bugs and prioritize fixes
- Create training resources and participate in QA testing for new features impacting connectivity
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality technology, specifically with booking engines or OTA integrations
- Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, and Javascript for customizations
- Understanding of hotel operations and online distribution channels
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in customer service or technical support in a SaaS environment
