A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist III - HB.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee proper claim submission and payment by reviewing and correcting claim edits, errors, and denials
- Resolve escalated and stalled claims while ensuring compliance with productivity standards
- Research, analyze, and correct claim errors and rejections, maintaining knowledge of payer updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Revenue Cycle Management or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience with health insurance companies in securing payment for medical claims
- 3-5 years of experience with hospital and physician claim follow-up and appeals
- MedHOST experience is required; Artiva preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Teams and virtual meeting platforms
