Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support to tour operators via email, live chat, and phone
- Resolve escalated issues by investigating their root cause
- Train operators on how to use self-service tools for managing bookings and updating information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in a customer support role
- Experience with Google Docs, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and online platforms
- Ability to work independently and make sound, business-driven decisions
- Minimum broadband speeds of 25MB download and 10MB upload
- Quiet home office environment with a direct Ethernet connection to the router/modem
